Cookie Dough Brownies {Recipe}

Brownie Layer:

Pillsbury brownie mix (Follow instructions on box)

Cookie Dough Layer:

3/4 cup unsalted butter

3/4 cup granulated white sugar

3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup miniature chocolate chips

1. Prepare the brownies according to directions on box. Bake in a 9×13 pan. Let cool completely.

2. To prepare the cookie dough, combine butter, sugars, and salt in an electric mixer. Mix in the milk and vanilla. Slowly add in the flour. Mix in the chocolate chips.

3.  Scoop the cookie dough onto the top of the brownies and evenly spread onto the COOLED brownie layer.

4. Chill before serving.

5. Cut and serve. My favorite way to cut brownies is with a pizza cutter. It makes for even and clean squares.

(Makes about 24 brownies)

    OMG, I’ll a take a dozen please. Just kidding I think I might have to make these but use gluten free and dairy free substitutes for my issues. I just want to take a bite out of the computer.
