If you follow us on facebook or instagram, you’d agree that our summer is revolving around all things water. Without fail, at 7am every morning Landyn wakes up, grabs her pillow and step stool (to get into my big ol’ king sized bed), and carries it to my bedside. She climbs in, snuggles up next to me and says “mommy, let’s go to the pool”. First thing out of her mouth every.single.morning. My kid is as predictable as it gets.
For us, summer 2012 equals wet towels and pruney fingers.
The girl LOVES the water…
As for me? Well I’m working on my tan of course.
How have you been spending your summer?
Ahhh. I LOVED the water as a child! I still do, but I now LOATHE the chore of applying sunscreen and packing up all the junk needed to go to the pool. Fun pictures!
