I went the floral route for this past weekend’s wedding festivities {minus the jean vest}. When life calls for dress up, I typically stick with solids (ahem, little black dress), because it’s effortless. So here’s to me going the unconventional route and playing up the femininity of this seasons floral prints. And there’s something about putting a floral dress on a girl that already gets mistaken for a high schooler that begs for weird looks and ID checks when you are ordering a drink at the Mammoth Mountain Inn bar. Eh, I’ll take it.

So funny- one of my girlfriends was just telling me about Origami Owl yesterday! I’ve never heard of it before- love the necklace though. It’s beautiful!
