I am in a funk and can’t seem to shake last Fridays tragedy in Connecticut. I know I am not alone here. You need not know one victim, yet as parents you can’t help but imagine yourself in their shoes, and it will rock you to the core.
Landyn’s preschool class is putting on a Christmas performance tomorrow morning and something tells me this will be just what I need to fill up my cup. And while tomorrow will no doubt be joyous, I will sit in that room and thank my God that I have a living breathing child to marvel over.
We are praying for you Newtown, Connecticut.

So I have to say, I LOVE the way you style these pants. You see, I have these same pants from Target and I love them! I usually wear them with a sweater but, I have a jacket similar to yours and I am going to pin your photo so I can remember to style it like you! Love. love. love.

Hot mama!! Love it. I, too, have been in a funk and can’t seem to shake it. Cami’s preschool program is tomorrow morning and I completely agree I will be thanking God the entire time. XO

Since I teach high schoolers, I can’t shake the tragedy either, so I know what you mean.
Also, on a lighter note, I am inspired by how you styled your pants. It gives me an idea for the next time I wear mine (which I wore today!). I’ll be pinning this image

Merry Christmas!

You’re so beautiful. I love these pictures & your outfit. The hat is fabulous.
It is so sad about Newton and even sadder how everyone moves on so fast and yet these families are still hurting tremendously. It’s so sad that this is the world we live in. Still praying over here too!
