Black and tan is one of my favorite looks right now. I love the pop of contrast these two hues create, but my longing for spring had me brightening it up with a coral bib necklace. I wore this particular outfit to a birthday dinner this past week, and I thought it served as the perfect dressy, casual ensemble.

After said photo shoot at a local lake on a warm winter’s day, the weather in southern California did a 360 and decided to bring on rain. So it’s back to rain boots and scarfs my friends. Every time it rains here, I curse myself for not having invested in a pair of Hunter boots. For some reason I never think I’ll get any use out of them here in California, but am always counting the times I would use them when it rains. These ones are calling my name. Black and tan. Happy Weekend.
